Scotland’s music band The Big Day is set to perform in Da Lat City, the capital of Lam Dong Province in Vietnam's Central Highlands on Tuesday evening.

The concert will be open free of charge, according to the Da Lat People’s Committee.

The band will perform on an outdoor stage in front of Hoa Binh Theater in the heart of Da Lat from 7:30 pm.

The musical gig is part of the activities to support the development of cities belonging to the UNESCO Creative Cities Network in 2023-25.

Da Lat became a member of the network in November 2023.

The concert is also within the framework of Scotland’s Momentum International Delegate scheme.

Through The Big Day’s performance, Scotland congratulates Da Lat on becoming a member of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network.

Besides Da Lat, the band will perform in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Da Nang, ending their tour in Vietnam on December 21.

The Big Day debuted in 2021 and has impressed the public with their colourful suits and vibrant pop music.

Their music fuses pop tunes with the harmony in the 1980s from iconic artists like David Bowie and Confidence Man.
