“Savor Malaysian cuisine with special Nyonya dishes created by Malaysian guest chefs Faridul and Irwan, and be enchanted by traditional dance performances with dancers from Malacca, Malaysia.”

Meanwhile, Sofitel Saigon Plaza offers its program 'Malaysian Flavor's Dinner Buffet' from June 13 to 16, promising to bring diners the opportunity to experience a buffet featuring exquisite local dishes prepared by the chefs from Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara.

Guests will also dine in a space decorated in the Malaysian style while enjoying Malaysian traditional dance performances.

From June 15 to 17, Pullman Saigon Hotel’s Food ConneXion restaurant will host “a culinary adventure to Malaysia” in its lunch and dinner buffets with the participation of two talented chefs from Malaysia.

“You will be treated to wonderful culinary experiences for your taste buds,” the restaurant said.

“In addition, the dynamic traditional dance performances will help you fully enjoy the unique features of Malaysia.”

Also, the Straight Outta Kuala Lumpur event at Sheraton Saigon Hotel and Towers’ Saigon Café Restaurant is hosted by chef Nazarudin and chef Afzainizamthe from Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur.

The event taking place from June 9 to 18 features a wide range of Malaysian delicacies including the live stations with pasembur salad, rojak buah, murtabak, roti canai, Penang asam laksa noodles, Bubur cha cha, and more.

Besides the Food and Cultural Promotion program, the Malaysia Madani Week in Ho Chi Minh City also boasts a series of events, including exhibitions, an educational fair, business networking, and more.
