Ninh Binh beauty crowned Miss Cosmo Vietnam 2023

Bui Thi Xuan Hanh from Ninh Binh Province was crowned Miss Cosmo Vietnam 2023 during the event’s finale in Da Lat City, located in the Central Highlands province of Lam Dong, on Sunday evening.
The grand finale of Miss Cosmo Vietnam 2023 was held at Tea Resort Prenn in Da Lat as a key event to celebrate the 130th anniversary of the city's establishment and growth, as well as its admission to the UNESCO Creative Cities Network in terms of music.
The competition night showcased the top 38 contestants in four rounds, namely swimsuits, evening gowns, Q&A, and a community project presentation.

Bui Thi Xuan Hanh, a 22-year-old beauty from Ninh Binh Province, emerged as the winner.
Hanh is 1.71 meters tall and her body measurements are 82-60-87 centimeters.
A graduate of the National Economics University in Hanoi, she had earlier secured the runner-up title on the Vietnamese modeling-themed reality television series ‘The Face Vietnam 2023’ in July.

The runner-up position was bestowed upon Hoang Thi Nhung, a contestant from Hanoi.
The Miss Cosmo Vietnam contest underwent format changes this year, including the introduction of stages like the top 16, top 10, top five, and top two, as well as skipping the second runner-up title.
The top five finalists who advanced to the Q&A portion were Vu Thuy Quynh, Hoang Thi Nhung, Cao Thi Thien Trang, Ngo Bao Ngoc, and Bui Thi Xuan Hanh.

The final showdown featured Bui Thi Xuan Hanh and Hoang Thi Nhung presenting community projects.
Organizers also recognized outstanding contestants with additional awards, including Sports Beauty (Tran Thu Huyen), Friendly Beauty (Tran Minh Quyen), Brave Beauty (Dang Tran Ngoc), Photo Beauty (Dau Hai Minh Anh), ‘Ao Dai’ (Vietnamese traditional long gown) Beauty (Hoang Thi Nhung), Talented Beauty (Truong Thanh Diem), Fashionable Beauty (Bui Thi Xuan Hanh), Most Popular Beauty (Le Thi Tuyet Nhi), Media Beauty (Vu Thuy Quynh), and Beach Beauty (Ngo Bao Ngoc).
