A number of Vietnamese travel bloggers have joined hands in creating ‘Viet Nam Nhung Chuyen Di’ (Vietnam Journeys), a music video which promotes the country’s iconic landscapes and culture.

Khoai Lang Thang, alongside travel bloggers Quy Coc Tu (Ngo Tran Hai An), Nhi Dang, Ly Thanh Co, Chan La Ca, Vinh Gau, Jay Quan, and Quang Vinh, reached out to local musician Vicky Nhung for copyright to use her namesake song and overlaid scenes recorded on their travels over the track to create the music video.

"Each filmed an introduction at home and then visited the studio separately to record the singing," Quy Coc Tu shared.

"It took us two or three days to finish.

"We then chose footage from our trips to use in the video and were able to complete production thanks to support from the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism."

The project, created to support Vietnam’s ailing tourism industry as it attempts to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic, was continuously delayed over the course of the past year due to scheduling conflicts.

Now all those involved were relieved to finally complete it and do their part to aid their country’s economic recovery.

Aside from its cheerful melody, 'Viet Nam Nhung Chuyen Di' entices viewers with breathtaking views of Vietnam’s stunning landscapes.
