ELLE magazine holds music, fashion show for 1st time in Vietnam

International fashion magazine ELLE and ELLE Vietnam will hold a music and fashion show for the first time in Ho Chi Minh City on Monday night.

The show, “ELLE- Women in Music,” will take place at 7:00 pm at the Municipal Theater, 7 Cong Truong Lam Son, District 1.

The show will feature songs by four emerging local female singers: Phuong Vy, the winner of Vietnam Idol 2007, Van Mai Huong, a runner-up of Vietnam Idol 2010, Vu Cat Tuong, and Pham Thu Ha.

Vietnamese designers Adrian Anh Tuan, Vo Cong Khanh and Lam Gia Khang – the top 3 finalists of the 2014 Vietnam Runway Project show – and Thuy Nguyen will also showcase their collections designed especially for the four singers and the models at the show.

The event will also feature catwalk performances by local beauty queens in dazzling costumes.

ELLE Magazine holds the “ELLE- Women in Music” show every year around the world to honor and showcase female singers.
